"I strongly advise against engaging with this company. My experience with them was exceptionally frustrating, and I only resorted to their services because they were assigned by my home warranty provider. The ordeal began in August when my refrigerator malfunctioned. The initial assessment from one company recommended a replacement, but my home warranty, American Home Shield, insisted on a second opinion. Fast Appliance, the assigned service, diagnosed a faulty compressor, which they promptly replaced. Unfortunately, the refrigerator broke down again within a few weeks. Another company identified poor installation as the root cause, prompting me to contact Fast Appliance once more. They revisited and refilled the compressor, but the issue persisted, leading to multiple subsequent visits. At one point, they alleged that the malfunction was due to my interference, despite my assurance of non-involvement. Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue involved removing the supposedly tampered part, yet the problem persisted. After six months of intermittent functionality and blame-shifting, Fast Appliance finally conceded that the refrigerator was beyond repair and needed replacement. Throughout this ordeal, communication was a significant challenge, with unresponsive behavior despite multiple messages from both myself and the warranty company. Even when they acknowledged the necessity for a replacement, it took an additional two weeks for them to generate a report. Upon replacing the fridge, I discovered that the wall valve had been broken during the removal of the faulty appliance, and Fast Appliance failed to inform me about the damage. Considering the series of issues, delays, and lack of transparency, I strongly caution against using this company. I persisted with their services solely due to the warranty provider's assignment"

"Erick and Kayla were fantastic at getting our fridge up and running. We had Old Republic Home Protrction warranty opened, and another company misdiagnosed the issue. Asked for another company to come out. Erick figured out the main and inverter control boards were bad. They had the replacement parts ordered, and scheduled to install in a very timely manner. I noticed there were issues with the icemaker when cleaning the fridge while pending board parts. They replaced the icemaker the same day with the board replacement. Super friendly, easy to schedule and a very satisfied customer here. Our fridge is up and running and a new icemaker is pushing out the first ice now. Look no further than Fast Appliance Repair for all of your appliance repair needs."

"This company is terrible. They have no ability to respond. Our refrigerator has not been working properly for 2 months. They were supposed to order the parts a month and half ago and they are still not getting back to us. Highly recommend to all that you stay away from this company. Their customer service is non-existent. I REPEAT IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF FIXED, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
