"Zero stars if I could. Broken dryer since 12/22 set up claim with warranty. Waited for a call day one, day 2 I called left VM asking for them to at least call me to let me know when they will be out since I knew it was around the holidays, nothing for 6 days. Finally called and cancelled claim with warranty provider and I am buying a used dryer. I have asked for this repair company to be excluded off future claims with First American."
