"Excellent Customer Service!! We live outside Ray's service area. We're in Casa Grande. Ray/Argosy covers Maricopa County only. BUT....Ray had me call him. He asked me to explain the problem with our recliner. Very quickly he explained how we can look at the motor/mechanism underneath and identify if it's a bad shaft, a broken nylon glide, or some nylon nuts/bolts that have broken. This was very helpful. He could've just brushed us off. He didn't and ended up giving us hope our recliner can be saved. Thanks, Ray!"
