"Update: New irrigation line installed is now leaking. Tried calling the number and is no longer in service. Had to call another repair company only to discover I have a mess. None of the old pipes removed so it is difficult to determine I am out 1500 and faced with a greater repair bill moving forward. This is my first experience with drip line repairs. The phone was answered promptly and I was exceptionally delighted they had a next day appointment available. My technician, Dave, arrived shortly before my appointment, worked in the rain to resolve my problem."

"BEWARE of this liar! He did some sprinkler repair work for us and we had no real concerns. He suggested we get new gravel spread in our yard and we agreed. He asked for a $500.00 deposit and we gave him a check. The day to have the gravel delivered and spread came and went. He would NOT respond to phone calls, e-mails or texts. The business address (a UPS box location) he originally gave us is no longer valid. The address now comes up as a vacant lot on E. Broadway! He goes by "David" of Sprinkler Repair LLC. His real name is Gustavo Urcadez Ruiz. Do not do business with him as he will steal from you if he gets a chance. (could not post without one star but he gets NO stars)"

"This was our first experience with an irrigation company and it was great. My initial phone call was answered within minutes and an appointment set within a couple of days. The associate showed up at the exact scheduled time and identified the issue quickly. He then did the necessary repairs in a professional way (from what we can tell). It's been over a month and our system has performed exactly as he said it would. We highly recommend this company!"

"I had my 6 irrigation valves replaced in Nov, 2018, and had problems with leaking for months! The original company refused to do anything more after I told them to fix it right or give me a refund. I reported them to the BBB. I called Sprinkler Repairs, and David was prompt and professional. He gave me a quote to replace the valves and manifold, and I have had no evidence of leaking since he fixed it over a month ago. He was a life saver! He even called me back on a Sunday night, after I left him a message! I would most definitely recommend him and his company to anyone needing repairs, who wants it done right the first time."

"Called them because our drip system didn't work. Came out and replaced a cylanode. Left, system didn't work. Called again replaced the whole timer. Left, system didn't work. Called and scheduled another appt. Day came no one called or came to fix anything. Left several messages from both cell and home phone. Still no response. Have a brand new sprinkler box that doesn't work and I'm out $185. Plus they still haven't emailed me my receipts. I don't recommend them at all."
