"Max Payless LLC, Tucson, AZ fit us into their schedule when we were traveling and we were referred to them by the local KOA near them. However, they lied to us by telling us they were putting in GM parts for our O2 sensors and when we had to have the car re-fixed later on on our trip, they found out they were not GM parts and we had to get new parts installed again. They charged us $1267.93 for putting in non-GM parts parts that failed multiple times while we were still getting serviced with them and then again 100 miles after we left them. The engine light came on again and the car did not run well most of our trip until we had Authentic GM parts out in. You’ll notice in the enclosed photo that the short cords are the General Motors cords and the long cords are the ones that were installed at Max Payless LLC and removed.They cannot be trusted."
