"While Shad seems knowledgeable and quick about completing his work, he did not communicate the pricing before performing the service. I was shocked at how expensive the prices he was charging. During our conversation, I communicated this to a variety of excuses, such as it was a Sunday, my competitors don't perform the same quality, etc. He even stated that I agreed to the pricing but again the service had already been completed without my sign off, so what choice did I have. There should have been communication prior to the service being performed and agreed upon terms, not after the fact. I was definitely overcharged and would not recommend this business."
