"These guys really saved my bacon with our newborn baby needing clean bottles daily. We had them out to fix a leaking LG dishwasher. The drain pump failed leaving a swimming pool at the bottom that got real gross after a couple days trying to find someone that could come out. They actually answered the phone where 3 other businesses sent me to voicemail and never called me back. The tech arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and by some miracle had the necessary replacement parts on the truck. While they were out they noticed a squeaking/grinding noise behind the fridge we had gotten so used to we didn’t even notice anymore. Will have to schedule an additional visit as I didn’t want to cause them delay with their other scheduled customers, but it will save me from replacing that too. With the cost of appliances only skyrocketing lately I’m glad there’s still honest businesses with skilled labor able to keep these units going! Highly recommended."
