"My girlfriend Carol C had Bell Air install a new heat pump system at her home and was amazed at their care and professionalsm. So when I had trouble with my rental house I called several HVAC places to get ideas Brent Dudley from Bell Air came out and after checking my system said there wasn’t enough airflow because of too little air returns and suggested i go with a rooftop unit to get the air returns I needed. From talking to others I felt his was the best solution offered. After a zillion calls to Brent and the girls in the office Rebeca and Makenna who were alway so polite and did everything to address my concerns. I decided to contract with Bell Air from Carols experience and their proposal seemed the best one offered. The unit was ordered and the next week Hunter and Wes were out bright and early introduced them selves and they were here to remove the old system. Shortly after Joey Emmett and Jake Sheets came and introduced themselves and said would start the install of the new system. The team of four were very polite and professional the whole time. I was impressed with their politeness professionalism they were done in a day and half and cleaned up afterwards. A couple days Rebeca called to see if she could schedule Brent to come out to do a quality control check. Brent came out and addressed a couple of my concerns.
