"Beware of this business ! The owner of this company recently took my $3000 high end working 75” Samsung TV and kept it over 6 weeks for a minor repair. When he finally told me the TV does not work at all now when he returned it, he admitted he cracked the screen and would place a claim with his insurance company. After I finally spoke with his insurance company they told me he does not even have insurance to cover the damage he created! The owner never responded back to my many texts , phone calls and emails when asking him to contact me.for a solution. Very disappointed that he damaged my TV in his home garage shop and did not stand behind his poor work. I suggest you employ a real, established and insured TV repair shop and to avoid this business so this does not happen to you."

"job well done my TV brand new costed $1200 the LED lights went out in it. The TV had a dark screen. No need to purchase a new TV I called Rontronics and he picked up my TV to take to his shop it took him 2 or 3 days and he fixed it for under $200 brought it back and he also gave me a 3 month warrenty. excellent customer service.
