He failed to register the purchase from the manufacturer, and will not speak to me after the sale! Run from this company!!!"

"I called this place a few weeks ago because my air conditioner condenser motor was not working anymore. They sent someone out, who was late. Their time table was "sometime before 5pm". They told me this at 8am. I waited all day and once the guy came (after 5pm) he said he didn't have the part and wouldn't until the next day at 8am. He didn't show up until well into the afternoon and mind you, its Arizona in August and we had no working AC. He changed out the part and was finished. Charging us over $700 for the part and labor. Not even two weeks went by and it stopped working again plus it had blown a fuse. I called them back to have someone come take a look. I called for 12 hours and no answer. Once I got an answer, the man said they would send someone out and no one ever came or called me. By that point I had called a different much more reliable company and they came and took very good care of us and were prompt and didn't rob us. Turns out the condenser motor we needed was a $60 part and they charged me over $700 for it and didn't even care that it stopped working. Please do NOT use this company! They are scammers and thieves! You're better off finding a more accredited and trustworthy company. I wish I could get my $700 back."
