"Do not have Canyon Restoration work on your house. This company has the worst workmen ship I have ever seen. The communication and organization is not there. The company could not keeps its word for anything. Canyons restoration was to fix my ac and heater due to an electrical fire at the disconnect in the ceiling where the air handler/ furnace is. I was told it would be a one day of work on multiple occasions. We asked if they had everything they needed to get it done in one day before paying deductible. After be reinsured it would be running that day we paid deductible. Later that day we were told that the new units wouldn’t be ready. The new outdoor condenser was put on top of my landscaping rocks without permission. Due to the company not measuring the condenser pad or ordering the correct size condenser. No electricity hooked up or even worst an electrician scheduled for the day I was promised the unit would be running. The damaged drywall and insulation in the ceiling unit area wasn’t replaced . After firing the first project manager Jose and being told the company would make it right. The company gave us a new project manager. The new project manager ginna had a drywaller showing up late bragging about showing up late to gain pay raise. What even worst is the drywaller was unexperienced at doing drywall. So when remove popcorn ceiling on my house he damaged the drywall by not spraying the popcorn before scrapping off the popcorn. Also he damaged the corner of the drywall in the hallway. The project manager also didn’t keep her word that Saturday we would have the units up running, this time it was because the project manager didn’t schedule hvac. We have now fired the whole company and are awaiting deductible back. Do yourself a favor and find a better company for your restoration needs."

"This company repaired my home after a monsoon microburst sheared off most of my roof and flooded the walls inside my home. It looks even better than before. They even replaced the floors in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. They upgraded fixtures and paint with quality materials. I'm so happy to be back home now!
