"I’m sorry to have to say this because I’ve had great service from Huff over the years. But about 3 months ago I called because my water heater was making awful noises. I asked to have it replaced .I was told that all water heaters made that noise and I didn’t need a new one. So here I sit in a hotel cause my water heater exploded and flooded my house last month"
