"Walgreens may be cheaper than alternative pharmacy’s but it comes at its own price. Constantly having issues getting necessary medications filled even after calling days in advanced and them assuring me they are in stock or have been ordered. If they happen to not be in stock and have to order them, they won’t call you and let you know when they are in even though they always say tomorrow. Then if they don’t process your RX when the order comes in there is the possibility give them to another patient instead of the medication they ordered for you being held for YOU. Basically you have to call and sit on hold for 15-30 mins each time, several times a day to get anything sorted/figured out. Every single month I need a refill I have to go through this. Every month I have to wait several days after I’ve run out of medication to finally get them which is beyond unacceptable. I will say Ethan and Kat working there are always polite or helpful on the phone , idk what it is , I just think their operating systems sucks or there’s some lack of communication or caring. Never ever had these issues with Safeway or fry’s. Only switched for cost reasons but getting medications filled at Walgreens is the most stressful thing I have to deal with every month."

"Will be having any and all prescriptions moved from this place . Incompetent and to busy standing around talking instead of doing anything. This doesn’t apply to all but most. Dr called prescription in which I was unaware over a month ago and was never called or contacted by this pharmacy. So they put it back, then when I found out about it they kept saying they didn’t have it many times same thing over and over. Then they didn’t check to see if they had it somewhere else they said you can call. That’s your job jackass. Found at another pharmacy not Walgreens within 15 minutes. They take no accountability or pride in their job. DONT USE THIS PLACE"

"I wouldn't give this pharmacy any stars at all. The staff are beyond rude to their patients and I understand being understaffed but just being rude to your customers is uncalled for! I absolutely hate this pharmacy and will be switching asap. Being told my prescription isn't filled yet because she has inventory is just ridiculous. She was so unprofessional and rude wish I knew her name!"

"I love this pharmacy & everyone behind the counter. They always have in stock a medication I take that my usual Walgreens hasn't carried for many many months (they want me to use their generic brand & charge me $22) My prescriptions get filled quickly & are always ready for pick up when I go there. Never have to wait long (I always go inside)"

"Should have read the reviews shame on me. Between the app and every Walgreens within 50 miles of me it is next to impossible to get a prescription. Had my prescription sent to this location hoping it would be better. Nope walk in and the pharmacy is closed on the inside at 3:30pm. Drive thru only. There are at least 20 cars out here. Also tried calling them for 3 days to update my insurance and nobody ever picked up the phone. Updated it on the app over 24 hours ago and it still shows the full cash price for my prescription. Online prescriptions from here on for the rest of my life. Walgreens is barely more than a convenience store when you need Mike & Ike's and don't want to go to the grocery store."
