"Andrew Compton I would NEVER recommend. Why such good reviews I haven’t a clue. Maybe a quick 1 & 2 estate?? All of sudden reviews came after I posted this review. Can bet these “so called clients” are either family or friends trying to make him look good after I had posted this review To make a “long” saga a bit short This in office appointment was for my mother to change some things in her estate. I believe $3,800 was what he charged her. At one point Andrew during meeting tried to hand my mother a check for the $3,800 she paid him due to some issues “he” wanted her to do to “her” estate that she didn’t want to do. Mind you Andrew had me step out of the room while he spoke to my mother privately about what she wanted to do as Andrew said “this way your brother or anyone else can’t say you were coaching your mother” My mother just wanted to finish this as the drive to his Mesa office was 30 minutes and it was a bit difficult for her to get in and out of the car and she is in a wheelchair at this time. Well. Andrew withdrew giving mom refund as she did do what he wanted I believe one of the two things he wanted her to do. Fast forward the other day by fluke I found out my brother which he “hates”me and excuse me for using that word as I do not use it freely) had been talking to Andrew like they were buddies/best friends my brother made appointment for phone call to my mothers home for my brother to coach my mother into changing a few things in her estate. Tho didn’t Andrew have me step out of room while he spoke with my mother privately so nobody can say I was coaching her? My brother lives in Tucson so he made trip up here and why shouldn’t he this is his mother he should visit tho doesn't. Well the phone call was all my brother talking to Andrew and Andrew just so excited my brother was changing my mothers estate it was truly sicking. My mother isn’t of sound mind per medical records. Has attorney even asked about this? Thats right “emails and text correspondence between Andrew and my brother” This attorney went way out of his scope of practice set by Bar. Even to say to my brother when confronted “she is a world class liar” referring to me. My word you don’t know me and my apologies I’m not “a world class liar” what a true shame this is and coming from a so called attorney? Families unfortunately have issues with each other and Andrew should understand this. So for him to go against my mother’s wishes, take my brothers side is incomprehensible to say the least. Thank you for reading my honest review. I have not hidden my name as this is all truthful. I would never recommend this firm especially Andrew Compton. And yes I am reporting him to the State Board so this never happens to another family."
