"Ian was my project manager who arrived I about an hour of when I requested the service tech schedule an appointment. He checked out the current HVAC system. Measured the house. Sized the appropriate sized unit. (In my case a 3 ton unit). Sat wit me and discussed the optional equipment that Riteway had available. The pluses and minuses of each unit specific to my needs. He reviewed what was included with my choice as far as availability, pricing and financing. Ian was very informative and thorough. He also explained the advantages of purchasing the unit at this time of the year and the price breaks that Riteway offered. He waited patiently while I discussed his proposal with my spouse and then finalize the proposal. I purchased the unit that day and it was installed the following day. Ian was easy to communicate with. He is kind and patient. Was interested in me as a person and I thoroughly enjoyed or discussion and the sales process. "When I first bought my house three years ago, I was told the air-conditioning was already 16 years old. I knew from the get-go that it wasn’t doing great of blowing air into my house. But I just must have gotten used to the flow because I never did anything about it. Fast forward three years and now I come home from a summer vacation. I left my air conditioning set at 80 and when I got back moved it to 72, it took 16 hours to go down 3°. Had Rite Way out as they have the highest reviews as well as I work for Arizona Athletics and always see their ads around the stadium. Sure enough, it was time for me to replace both my inside unit which was original from 1986, and my outside unit which was now 19 years old. I had a flawless time from meeting with William to set up payment and which unit I was going to get, to the installers who installed both new units very quickly! I feel like I got a great deal! "I am fascinated by workmanship (whatever it’s called in this politically correct world) I like to watch and learn Marco has awesome skills in teaching his apprentice the skills necessary to remove an antiquated water heater and replace with tankless gas. Patient and exacting Marco provided necessary oversight to ensure the job was completed perfectly. I was certainly impressed. Had our good friends at Rite Way install a mini split in our garage. I am a woodworker in need of an environment that is comfortable to work in. Dakota, Kiwi and William did the installation. Wow these guys worked hard to ensure everything was done properly. They used every bit of 9 focused hours without hesitation. Everything was explained before they began and it turned out great. Rite Way hit another home run! My motto is if it ain’t 100% Rite then don’t bother doing it. Perfectly executed, tested and fit for use."
