"Called them up because they had good reviews and could come out the next day to fix a garbage disposal that was seized up and a faucet that was leaking. They came out on time and got right to work...so that was good. But then they had two people take an hour and 15 minutes to just take off a garbage disposal and get it unlocked and put it back on (when one could have been doing that and the other looking at the faucet), then they got the faucet apart and said it was the cartridge and that they didn't have any and would have to drive across town to get one (at $150 an hour).
