"Gave them detailed instructions. They gave me an estimate. Get there, they give me a higher estimate - but still, they can meet my deadline and I’ve already driven out. Then a week later (after the timeline they’d given me had already passed) they tried to raise the price on me further! To double what their original estimate was! When I rebuffed that they said they’d do it for the top end of the second estimate, and then the next day summarily informed me that they had no interest in finishing. To add further injury a scant three hours later they were pestering me as to when I would come and pick it up! Scammers, liars, prevaricators. Buyer beware! They will gladly take on projects they are not capable of finishing, and try to milk as much out of you as possible! EDITED TO ADD UPDATE: They broke the damn thing!!!!! I had to pay extra to undo the damage they’d wrought and it’s still not fully functional! These guys are straight up bad people, liars, charlatans, thieves."
"They quoted us honestly and were super helpful. The problem ended up being simpler so they were done early and for less than the quote, which won't always happen (we got lucky) but I've never had a repair place be so transparent and explain things in a way we understood. Bring a mask though!"
"Knowledgeable team of PC experts with very reasonable prices. My Gaming PC recently failed to post after about a year of use. After I tried everything I could, reconnected all power cables, reset CMOS & flashed bios, etc. I still could not get a signal. I do not have spare parts that I could use to isolate the issue so I brought it here. The team here quickly diagnosed that the motherboard was my issue. I was able to pickup a new board from best buy and they swapped it out and got my PC backup and running. They also could have attempted a repair of my board. Very happy with their work, anytime I have any problems in the future I know where I'll be going."
"They came out within 24 hours. Very professional and explained everything very well. Gave me options for repair and had me up and running in no time. Very satisfied and I will use them again. I was very happy that I did not have to take my computer in be without it for several days."
"Tl;dr: Excellent customer service, extensive professional experience, competitively priced. I recently fried the power modules of my Marshall mf350 guitar tube amplifier in a brain fart moment, and this amp is easily old enough to be considered obsolete. To get a new/different amp would be on the order of $2000. After fussing on forums and doing my own testing on the chassis assembly, I narrowed the problem down to 4 STMicroelectronics TDA7293V IC chips that had been fried. The chips were easy to order; however, they needed to be soldered onto the assembly after the old ones were de-soldered off, something far beyond my skillset. After Googling where in Tucson I could get this kind of work done, the only joint that had both the customer reputation and technical savvy to do it was here at Tucson Computer Repair Service. I inquired on the phone, and Michael was prompt to respond. I dropped off the chips to be soldered, and got them back in a week. I reassembled the amp chassis and tested it, and it works great! I'll easily be recommending them to anyone who asks. Be grateful, Tucson, that a small business exists with the technical acumen to meet such a niche customer need."
