"Bad experience. Can't honestly give them 1 star because they did try, but were apparently incompetent to diagnose and repair the TV. Found the solution online instead from another shop that knew exactly what was wrong and asked for specific part to be mailed to them..had it fixed in a week for less than half the price JR was asking. Should not have fought to give TV back and expect payment. (Added 2-23-19) Owner challenges my testimony stating lack of records on their end while providing lots of irrelevant stories that have nothing to do with my experience and review. It is a perfect illustration for the service attitude at the place though - "it's not in my books, it must be fake!" :-)"
