"Every time I come in here it’s a quick easy experience. The budtenders are always very friendly. Whoever’s checking you in upfront is always very nice. I always have a very pleasant experience coming in here. Everyone is always super helpful and seems to know what they’re doing and they know about their products. "They do not care about their people or anyone that comes in. A cart I bought here fell off the counter and because it shattered versus just cracking or leaking or not working after the fall they are not going to fix anything or do anything. But if it didn’t shatter they would have. They offered $10 of of a $50 cart that I bought for $45. They just don’t care to take action that is actually beneficial to their customers. They are greedy and just care about the money you give them. There are so many other dispos with such better people and much more caring people. It also takes over 15 minutes to get a manager on the phone as the store is pretty empty. There were only 2 people when I was in. The managers don’t want to come out to talk to anyone unless forced it seems and the fact that they won’t answer the phone is also a problem. They just let the bud tenders take the fall and get the attitude from people. Curaleaf really needs to get some more caring or intuitive people because it seems like a bunch of robots and people who don’t enjoy working there. Every single time I have chosen to go here I am rushed with information I didn’t ask for and there hasn’t been anyone that just answers the question I ask without throwing percentages out that I don’t care about. This just overwhelms me and makes making a decision harder. I just wish I would be listened to or heard when I spend hundreds of dollars at a place."
