"I would hire them again for the workers work well as a team! A roof leak went into a wall which had to be removed and insulated and painted again."
"They’re just a middle man, skimming money to connect you to a contractor who actually does all the work. They misrepresented many things, were rude, demanded things they were not entitled to, and refused to do things they were obligated to do. The contract they will try to get you to sign gives them all the rights and you none. It has provisions that let them enter JUDGMENT against you without a trial. They padded their bid with all kinds of ridiculous fees, then lied about it. They swore I didn’t need lien releases, and then filed a lien notice! I would not recommend them for anything."
