"This was my first scheduled maintenance after the purchase of a new unit in the summer. Zach was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He called when he was about 25 minutes out and arrived earlier than that which is awesome! Early is always better than late! Answered all questions I had and made sure I was informed before he left. He cleaned the unit nicely and offered to change the filters for me had I had one on hand. I’m happy he did because I found out I needed a larger size. He explained how to change it for when I do get one since I’m running to the store anyways today and will grab one. I would recommend Alaskan and their people to anyone who asks. They always send a text with the picture of the expected tech before they show so you know who to open your door for. Since I was home alone, it is extremely appreciated! Thank you, Alaskan Air!"
"This morning I was on the way to take my babies to daycare at 7:57 am and I was behind one of your trucks in the left turning lane at Harrison and Golf Links, the driver was premature and assumed there would be a green arrow but it turned completely red. Their solution was to back up so close to my truck that I almost instinctively honked out of fear they would hit us. We then turned and the driver was driving like a crazy person swirving on a consistent basis and not staying in the right lane white lines. I quickly switched to the left lane to avoid any accidents. I tried getting the phone number to call that's listed but couldn't safely do so. I did get the license and their number listed next to that was N6633 I'm fairly sure. Please see my attached picture and have a discussion with your driver about safe driving. This is not ok. There are far too many accidents that happen in Tucson daily for a company vehicle to be driving recklessly."
