"We've been going to Prestige Animal Clinic for several years with our beloved black lab. In 2019 he passed away and it took us a few years to be ready to adopt again. We decided we were ready and rescued another lab from the county pound. The first week home she started getting sick. I called Prestige and was able to get a same day appointment for her even though it had been a few years. From the initial call to the end of the visit the staff and doctors were amazing, patient and very helpful. They took the time to listen to all our concerns with our new baby, were very patient with her (she is still scared/nervous) and even had techniques to work with her to be able to perform the much needed exams. We saw Dr. Gordan for the first time and she was amazing. She and the vet staff took the time to explain all the recommended tests and gave us options on which ones we should do now verses later (if needed). I didn't feel pressured in any way, just heartfelt concern for my puppy. I'm happy to report my baby is doing much better after a few days on the medication. Thanks Prestige Animal Clinic."

Dr. Dawn appeared to genuinely care about my dog, Koa, and addressed concerns in a timely manner.
