Especially Eddie, the senior technician, who came to my house for the bigger job and replaced part of my aging sewer line that was partially clogged and encroached by mesquite roots. Consistently, he's gone above and beyond for me making sure that my house and I were taken care of, and that I understood what he needed to do so he could ensure that my plumbing would be free from worry explaining everything I needed to know. "This company is Criminal! Eddie wanted $360 to snake a drain, this number seem to just appear out of nowhere. Like he came up with it on the spot, in which I asked why they couldn't tell me this number over the phone since that is basically robbery. It took me one hour and $32 to fix the issue myself. I spent more time waiting on Eddie than it took to fix it. This kind of service should be $150 at most, criminal, down right doing the city of Tucson dirty. *EDIT/ REPLY* Fact of the matter is there is no way an hour or less of Eddie's time is worth $360, your estimations are as backwards as your morals. There is no "top notch quality" in snaking a drain but your art of ripping people off and wasting their time in impeccable. How about you spend more time listening to feedback instead of just copying and pasting the same replies."
