"To begin with, Jeremy gave me very helpful information on the phone including that they are located in the green ADC Insurance building on Grant near Fairview before the freeway when headed west after the dip down. Then, after I went to this repair shop, Jose was great in talking with me. This story also has a happy ending. Jeremy soldered the loose charger port on my laptop, which solved the problem the same day I took it in and at a good price, too. I also learned not to keep my laptop plugged in all the time but instead to let it get down to zero and then recharge and to have the charger plugged in at the same level as the laptop so it doesn't cause problems with the charger port such as what I had. I found them to be quick, competent, AND affordable as well as professional and polite: yay. Thank you. I am forever grateful."
