However, when I was checking out, one of your female employees was complaining about how “she hates when people” take the last cart, and how she hates people, presumably talking about me to my face. Very rude and inappropriate conversation to have on the floor in front of a customer, especially ABOUT a customer. By the way, the containers were small enough to stack, no cart needed. Get real."
