"Scott Clark was the attorney in my eviction hearing. There were numerous errors and hidden information proving when I received rental assistance. The zip code on the 5 day notice was wrong, the other lease holder was not mentioned in the eviction yet he was clearly on the lease. Never sent a 5 day notice. Funny when I said the zip code was wrong he said, oh we knew the zip code was wrong and changed it with the post office. Apparently he specializes in illegal evictions in maricopa county. He was so unprepared to defend the lawsuit that he had to take several minutes to come up with excuses for the errors. Apparently they never expect people to show up for their hearing."

"Would not recommend this law firm an individual by the name of Colin is representing my apartment complex because they towed my car for having expired tags but never asked the reason as to why it was expired so then I took it upon myself and walked the whole apartment complex checking for expired tags there was a total of 9 cars with expired tags one was expired since 2018 but my car was the only car towed I’m being targeted by my apartment complex for no reason so I ask Colin why is that my car was the only car towed and I provided him with evidence of the vehicles with expired tags and he turned around and said he can no longer answer my questions very shady and unlawful the proof is in the pudding"

"COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & invalid points. Christopher Walker tried to come after me on behalf of his client and not only had inaccurate information, but acted completely unprofessional. It was apparent that he could not regulate his emotion via email, seeming very frustrated that I was not going to let him try to bully me and be scared of his invalid points. He not only lied and tried to hide what happened on his clients side, but he used scare tactics that I could easily see through. Ultimately, I got my money back from his client, not only because they were in the wrong, but because of their unprofessional attorney who acts like a child in stressful situations. I, a girl in her 20’s, won against an attorney, scaring him out of an actual court case, and getting his clients to forfeit. DO NOT BE SCARED OF THIS MAN’S SCHEMES, especially if you are in the right. TERRIBLE MORAL. Who gave this man a license?"
