"I took my 6 month old kitten here to get spayed this week. It was $85 to get her spayed, and I paid an extra $15 to get her microchipped and $5 for a cone (not sure why the cone wasn't included, but whatever). I took her in on a Wednesday to get her spayed. The released her to me with the cone tied to the carrier (not sure why they did not put it on her when she was under anesthesia?) and 2 days worth of pain medication. I live alone and putting the cone on her myself was a feat. It is now Sunday and kitten was admitted into the hospital with a fever of 105. She hasn't eaten, drank water, nor used the litter box in over 48 hours. She is extremely lethargic. The doctor at the animal hospital could not believe they released her to me without antibiotics and only 2 days worth of pain medication. I am now paying $1,600 to the pet hospital since she needs antibiotics, IV, bloodwork, and more pain medicine. I wish I spent the extra money and took her to an actual vet. If you love your pets, please take them elsewhere. They deserve better."
