"We are sorry Mr. Fulton feels he had a bad experience with our office. there is an old saying "don't blame the messenger". Unfortunately, we were the messenger in this case. Mr. Fulton was told that the person hitting his vehicle was inadequately insured for property damage and, therefore, Mr. Fulton was going to have to make his property damage claim through his own company....less a deductible. We spent over 2 hours trying to explain this to Mr. Fulton. Mr. Fulton couldn't handle being told this information and decided to terminate his relationship with my office.
