"My interaction with Lesli Taylor proved to be an exasperating ordeal. Her communication skills were shockingly poor, marked by a consistent lack of politeness and frequent abrupt disconnections during our phone calls. The simple act of reaching her proved to be an ongoing challenge, and my attempts to communicate through email were met with an unbroken wall of silence. What exacerbated this experience further was her refusal to grant us access to anyone else within the firm. All we aimed for was to settle our account and bring it up to date, but her actions needlessly complicated this process. Penning this review became my last resort as I found no other means of seeking assistance."

It was a constant struggle to reach her, and email communication was met with complete unresponsiveness. To make matters worse, she outright denied us the chance to speak to anyone else at the firm. All we wanted was to get our account paid off and up to date, but she made it unnecessarily difficult. This review is the only option I had left since I couldn't reach anyone for assistance."

"MY HOA uses them as well so far they have taken me for over 6k . Yes what they do is criminal. Just keep getting new revised Garnishment Mails. Trying to deal with them is like winning lottery.. Lucky if they reply and luckier if it is not Cryptic or hand written Itemization. I can't get a total amount owed from them which makes sense since they keep adding Bonus Charges."

"My Hoa deals with them. So I made schedule payments. They call saying they have not received last month payment, having send the check via usps mail. I went down in person to make a payment. Next month, I guess they found that check.... Because it was cashed. Making a double payment.That was not in the contract. My fault should have canceled the check. But have commen courtesy to call and say check has arrived or was found. They didn't want to help with my situation. They're a debt collector, was there answer. I have been help by Sharee, which is most humble understanding person there. 1 star for her 0 for Travis Law Firm. Hartless Lawyers with no face to face contact hidden behind a signature. And law degree."

"Tried dropping off a payment like I normally do back a few months ago, during normal business hours. Walked in to find that the office was not locked, and was completely empty of any employees or anyone for that matter. Good luck with your personal information there, they seem to like to keep it out in the open, unlocked and unattended. Kind of sucks I even have to give it one star to leave a review."
