"If I could select a lower review i would. I am in a desperate situation and called these people for Help. Jane scheduled me an appointment for Friday 01/12 at 3:30pm. I took time off work for this appointment. While sitting in traffic at 1:36 pm I received an email advising me that because I had not responded to an email at 12:15 pm to confirm my appointment, they were canceling my appointment. No phone call, no nothing. I immediately called them to advise them that I was most definitely be attending our meeting. VOICEMAIL. I politely advised them I would be attending the meeting and to please call me back to confirm this. No Call, Nothing. Because of the Holiday weekend I have now lost 3 additional days and may lose my apartment the end of the month. I will be reporting this firms conduct to the highest authority."

"AZ Tenant Assoc helped me before; I wrongfully assumed they would be of help again. Since I needed help before, this time I would have to go ALL the way out to Mesa for clarification on a simple questions she already answered in a voice mail. I was told to "hang on" and then was hung up on. Now she won't return my calls to even find out where I need to go to get a simple answer. Good thing they have these services available for tenants!! You just can't use them."

"The lady that works there J. lied to me, took my money and did not follow through with all the paper work. She was always in a hurry and misspelled a lot of words in the letters she would write. She was supposed to refer me with their supposed lawyers if my landlord did not resolved all my issues, but she didn't want to. She would be late to our appointments and just did not show professionalism in any way. She told me to write the rest of the letters myself and got really upset when I told her that she plainly lied about helping me until my case was resolved. She will threaten you if you question the way she's doing all the paper work. I paid $600. for nothing. I had to go somewhere else to get the proper help!"
