"I signed up for their most expensive package and spent over $2500 in more than 2 years with this service. They did a good job at first, but when creditors became sticky, they failed. To make a long story short, I called to see what action I could take after a creditor hadn't responded in far more than the 30-days they were given in the letter provided to me by LL. During a call with Customer Care guy, JJ, he ended up being useless and totally confusing, ultimately spewing out things to me that were blatantly false. Then he cancelled my account for no reason. A Supervisor advised me he would handle the situation and never did. This is totally unprofessional on all levels and they are much more of a detriment than they are of value. I am now with Credit Saint and couldn't be happier with the service they're providing me."

"This place is a SCAM I tell you please DO NOT be fooled by then .I was promised they would pull a one time fee of 99.00 .The called me daily for who knows how long and as soon as they got into my bank acct I could never reach the person I spoke with again who made false promises .I finally canceled service hopefully it is yet to be reflected in my account but I asked them to replace the months I did not give permission .They refused and left me on hold for hours to speak with a supervisor until I was forced to hang up .I called again and they said they would be reviewing my recorder call I told them fine they still have not gotten back with me ..The have done nothing but reduce my credit score .It's best to get a couple secured credit cards for a couple hundred dollars each and make a small purchase and either pay it off in full monthly or even better some people don't know you can make biweekly payments which shows even more good payments being paid on your credit which in turn will increase your credit score .Whatever you do you can NOT afford to go with this phony law firm .1 star is 1 star too many! Negative 5 stars is what they deserve ."

"I agreed to their service on the thought of getting a loan. Although it wasn't outright said, it was heavily implied. The loan fell through bc the agency who said would give me the loan is not a real company (just a suspicion). I asked to cancel my membership and they were inquisitive to try and convince to stay on, not that they care. They probably won't do what they say they would. The only factual thing I can say for certain is that they were going to give me the first month 1/2 off, that didn't happen."
