"I called and had them come out to measure and get a quote for screens. They came the Friday before Labor Day. He said he'd get back to me "next week" with the quote. Hadn't heard anything through 9/21 so called again. Spoke to someone that said he would look into it and get back to me. Now it is 9/25 and still no return of any information. They were very friendly and professional speaking with them, but absolutely zero in the responsiveness department. I will be doing business elsewhere unfortunately. Edit: Now it is 10/5/2020 and STILL haven't heard back after calling and being told he would check on it. I would not recommend this business."
