"I sheared a backer nut off a bump stop perch reinstalling Sumo Springs. After checking with several automotive shops I was told about this shop because it specializes in suspension. Jose understood the problem immediately and cobbled a solution within about 15 minutes. He gets it. Some jobs just don’t need an appointment. I was happy. He was happy. You’ll be happy! 11/27/2023 Back to Napo Worx to fix a suspension clearance problem ( of a suspension lift installed by another shop in another state). Here again Jose came through. Saw the problem immediately and had it resolved in about 30 minutes. Very pleased."
