"I bought a complete heating/ac unit from Bowling about two years ago. While they were here filling out the paper work I have a friend with me, and we both understood that I was also purchasing a maintenance package. Turned out that wasn't the case. I wasn't completely satisfied with the way things were explained to me. During the duct cleaning my walls ended up with several places of 1" to 3" scrapes where the paint was removed by the ladder being used. The last guy who came to do my check-up didn't come in and run the ac nor check the temp coming out of the ducts. Three days ago we had some pretty good wind and now part of the aluminum base is rolled out."
