"Outstanding appliance repair service! Quick response, skilled technicians, and reasonable prices. Will definitely call them again."
"They never contacted me back after I left two (2) messages."
"Repairman came out and assessed the situation and had me prepay for the recommended part. Two days later they came back and said that they cannot fix the unit. I was told I would receive a refund which has yet to happen. I called the office yesterday and was told somebody would call me back within an hour. That had not happened either. The machine itself was left in worse condition as now it will not even wash. If zero stars were an option that is what they would get."
"I called the company on Friday and told them I was having problems with my LG fridge. They said they could send out their LG tech on Saturday. We explained the problem over the phone agreed to pay the service call knowing the balance would be applied to the repairs. They came out without any parts on Saturday and essentially diagnosed the problem. Then when it came time for payment no one was in the office so they asked I pay cash which I did. The tech advised that an office person would order the part which was currently in Fresno and that they would call Monday to schedule a follow up appointment. I have now called 4x over 2 days and no one will return my call or give me an update. Surprisingly when the tech left he took the entire receipt as he packed up so I don’t even have proof that I paid the $65 service call since he required it in cash. So I paid for a service call my fridge isn’t repaired and now 3 days later no one will call me back. I would think twice about using this company."
"I called to ask for help with my oven. I explained that while all four gas burners on my stove are working, that my oven fails to maintain the heat and often shuts off. The individual with which I spoke, quite frankly, could not have been more rude. Because the conversation was so memorable for its awfulness, I will recount it verbatim. "There is a $60 cost to come out and diagnose, but this will be treated as a deposit toward the repair once approved." "Okay, given what I have described, any idea what is wrong and how much it may cost?" "Sounds like a heating element, starts at $100..." Finding this answer unsatisfying, I made the ill-fated move of asking a question for clarification, "$100 and up to what, infinity?" "Between $100 and $1,000,000.00." Click. I was hung up on. I have not experienced customer service quite this bad in several years, if ever. If you don't want my business, just say so. There is no need to be offensive, dismissive, and rotten. Given that calls are recorded, one would think being overtly rude to potential customers may be the wrong tack to take. At any rate, I will go out of my way to ensure that no one patronizes your business. Also, the correct spelling of the word is "appliance," for future reference."
