"Had a technician come out too fix a belt on a dryer paid $80 for the diagnostic and charged me another $80 for installation he ended up breaking a fan part on my dryer and tried saying the problem already existed before he came . But he failed to understand that thats why I paid him for the diagnostics . He also tried blaming me for the damages . Horrible experience aswell as other people I know that has had AC repairs and also runied their entire HVAC system ."

"Unfortunately poor customer service. I was informed at the last minute a technician would not be showing up for a scheduled appointment after waiting all day , due to an illness (covid diagnosis). This was a Friday evening. Appointment was rescheduled for the following Monday, last appointment of the day - this time not only was the technician a no show , but also I never received a phone call telling us a technician would not be able to make the appointment. When I called to ask the whereabouts of the technician? The company had no record of my original appointment? Sadly the appointment was for one of our rental properties and our tenants were left without a dryer for 3+ days :( . No Thank You - never again !"
