"Terrible service!! I have given them many chances to call me back or fix the issue. I called and it goes straight to voicemail inbox which makes me assume they have me blocked or something. I have sent them a letter indicating that the document they sent me is not legible and if I submit it the way it is. It will not be approved. Additionally, I paid 62.75 so I would like a full refund if this is not fixed. Take your business elsewhere fair warning."
