"I needed an insurance appraisal on my diamond wedding ring. After stopping in local jewelry stores and calling "around', I found Tom through an internet search. The stores told me that either I had to wait a week or two, leave my jewelry, or they did not do appraisals. ( The store where I purchased the ring a few years ago wanted to charge me 200.00 for the appraisal) When I contacted Tom, I made an appointment with him the very next day.
