"PMR was my 2nd appointment of the day to sell a mixed bag of coins, gold & silver. The first appointment was very transactional and a bit rushed, however, gave me a great price. They seemed a bit offended when I thanked them and stated I had another appointment for a 2nd quote. “Do you know who we are? We have xxx 5-star Google reviews. Our price will be highest!” A bit odd, and a very negative vibe. At PMR, I was greeted by Nadia who began my visit. Since I had so much random stuff, Nick joined us for assistance. The entire process & the energy of the transaction, was far less rushed and much more personal. Candidly, their first quote was a bit less than the prior, however, upon that revelation, they ultimately beat it. C’mon folks, it’s a business. I wouldn’t expect anything less. PMR also evaluated (and purchased a few) other jewelry items that the other place wouldn’t even look at. In the end, I walked out of PMR with more $$, as they are willing to purchase a much larger variety of items. Be wise, do your due diligence. PMR is a wonderful place to do business.
