"I went into Ray & Kyrene location and saw M&M on sale . Went to pay and cashier said it's a digital coupon. I clip it in my walgreen account but tried 3 time to purchase them. They didn't honor the store coupon so I didn't purchase, no manager was called and no attempt was made to resolve the issue."

"Walgreens (the chain) seems to have problems keeping track of my orders and many (not all) appointments. I placed an order on the web site for a covid test, paid by paypal. I was notified my order was ready for pickup, but when I got there, they had no knowledge of my order. I had to purchase a new kit with another card."

"Normally a 5 star for this store. Today not even one. After waiting several minutes behind one customer being helped, my turn with 2 items and no other person behind me. A Walgreen pop worker stopped me from being helped while he opened money drawer, stood there counting out BIG bills while clerk stood by. After 5 minutes of this I left my Two items there and left! So rude to the only one customer plus opening up great opportunity for robbery! I grew up with customer Service comes first. Plus take drawer contents to private office !!! Extremely poor review today! I usually like this store and the people who work there."

"Regularly, the longest drive thru lines I've ever experienced. EVER. And, it's all the time. Also, there's no way to update your insurance information online so you have to call it in only to hold over 10 minutes only to talk to a frustrated tech. I wish we had another pharmacy near us."
