"I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, however these guys deserve one for the fantastic work they did for me. Went to jeweler’s, watch shop, and even two authorized dealers to get a couple links taken out on a vintage gold watch with pins instead of screws, and was turned away by all of them saying they couldn’t do it, didn’t want to try, or that it simply couldn’t be done…even if sent back to the manufacturer! The last dealer suggested that if anyone could do it, it would be GemTime. Turns out they were able to do it perfectly, can’t tell it was worked on, were super friendly, and reasonably priced to boot! Will absolutely go back for any jewelry or watch work I need performed and will certainly be recommending them!!!"

"I have a Gucci watch and unfortunately the bezel got very scratched up overtime, and 3 other watch repair places I went to in Phoenix said they were unable to fix my watch. I went to GemTime and they immediately told me they would see what they could do and asked me to leave the watch with them. I left the watch and after a lot of research they were able to find a bezel to replace mine with, and they only charged me for the price of the new bezel. It was fast, it only took about 2 weeks and they called and updated me on things! The service was absolutely amazing and they did an incredible job fixing my watch. I could not recommend GemTime enough, seriously. They are the best!"

I was greeted by John who was super friendly and was able to replace all the batteries on my watch as within 20-30 minutes for a reasonable price.
