"Sadly, I have to leave a bad review for a recent change in the quality of the staff here. My dog has been coming here since they had their old location. The past 2 visits, getting an appointment was like pulling teeth. Over the past few weeks I've called upwards of 15 times, left 2 voicemails, and attempted to use their online appointment service with no response. I tip well, have always been kind to the staff, and they always compliment my dog... so I'm not sure why they'd neglect me as a customer. My mom had the same issue and had to walk in to make an appointment. Seems like they don't care about my dog or keeping my business and my Yorkie is 2 weeks behind on her grooming. I have no choice but to go elsewhere at this point."

"I can't say enough nice things about Doggie Dews! They treated my boy so well! Usually he's a bit traumatized after getting groomed but he had the best mood after. I love the little waiting area for the doggies! Also very affordable!"

"Ruby looks 10 yrs younger and she smells sooo good. She got a bow and a bandana. She's a happy girl. Nobody ever gets her tail right but it's perfectly trimmed today. The place is very clean. The staff is very nice and friendly and were so attentive to Ruby. They also have a great line of hoodies, jackets, sweaters, leashes, collars and more."

"Took my two girls in for the first time. I was greeted immediately and they took them in fairly quickly. The lady up front was very sweet and professional. They really made them look cute ! Also added some cute bows for the finishing touch. Will definitely be back ! Thank you."
