My Fiancé & I were in the market to have a custom wedding ring made using some beautiful diamonds from not one but 2 very treasured rings & after consulting with 5 other local jewelers, most were very overpriced & honestly didn't seem very interested in taking on the task, we found this amazing store. Immed, the owner, Tri stopped what he was working on & listened to exactly what I was wanting. He drew up a rough sketch, as we continued to talk about the details & gave me a general quote. Within about a week he already had the mold back & even accommodated a last minute change to the design without any trouble. Not even another week later called to say it was done & then stayed late so I could pick it up before he headed out of town. Upon arrival I had the absolute most gorgeous ring & it was way better than I could have ever imagined!! He totally exceeded our expectations! But as an added bonus to this entire process .... the final cost ended up to be even a little LESS than what we originally were quoted, which I have to add he was also the best priced of all other places I tried prior! Seriously my ring is beyond stunning & the pictures do no justice whatsoever! I couldn't be more grateful for finding this 5+ Star Jeweler. He is so trustworthy & professional plus loves his work and told me he does it to make his customers happy! What a WIN WIN FOR EVERYONE!"
