"I just spent $70 on a partial groom at Dog Refined. My dog looked exactly the same, all they did was brushed her and trimmed her paws, the face and the rest of the body was not trimmed at all! When I asked, she said if I wanted to trim around the face she would charge an additional $15! This is ridiculous I would never bring my dog here again!"
