"They are extremely helpful when it come to explain the quality of the ring getting you the best bang for your buck. On top of being generous with the amount of discount they can do towards your goal of (for me) an engagement ring. They made it simply with a guided payment plan because I didn’t qualify for a loan or credit card at the time. More over Tiffany was by far the biggest help with payment process. She always had a friendly attitude and explains everything to the fullest even with my never ending questions. Victoria was the original person to help me find a ring. Being just as knowledgeable she helped me pick out the best ring exploring the endless options. She was polite and sweet as well. While I only saw Mary one time for a payment she helped to explore the credit card/ loan options when I built my credit up she was knowledgeable in what she spoke about leading me to make the right choice. For this I thank each one of the employees at this location for an honest, professional, and all around pleasant experience. I don’t have any complaints with my ring or the professionalism of this ring company."

"My boyfriend bought a ring here in early May of 2023, we had to wait to get it resized, which isn’t a problem. When I pick it up 6 weeks later, one of the stones doesn’t match, and 2-3 of them are hanging off stone holder. It was only $120 so I just signed for it and left, I just wanted my ring. Not even a day later, 2 stones fall out. They tell me to bring it in and they’ll order a new one. Again I had to wait 4-6 more weeks, I wasn’t able to get the new ring until the end of July. Well the same thing happened again, one of the stones came out within a couple weeks because it wasn’t glued down properly. If my $120 ring isn’t taken care of, why would I come back and get an engagement ring here? The employees were very kind in the store, not their fault. But the quality they sell is absolute trash."
