"If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I ordered a gdlf piece of exercise EQ for my grandson for Xmas. It came in a rather beatup box and pieces were missing. When I contactd GDLF, they said they would be happy to send me the missing pieces if I provided a list of the missing pieces and pictures. My grandson did so and I sent it to them. They said some of the pieces were pre-installed (but not all). I expected the missing pieces to be sent. I was then out of the country for 2 weeks and contacted Amazon again when I returned and was told they would file an A-Z claim which then resulted in GDLF telling me that since a A to Z claim had been filed, the only way to get a refund was to return the item--an impossibility as the package had been damaged and was over 6 feet long and there was no way I could re-package it for return. All I wanted was for them to send the non pre-installed items that were missing. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER AGAIN--and I saw other Google reviews with similar complaints about GDLF."
"Customer service harassed me via email and Amazon after they lost my package. Then sent me their definition of harassment which was obviously made up. Very similar review was left on their Facebook page. Apparently someone new in Customer service is not doing their job correctly which is a shame, because they'll lose business over her attitude"
"CURRENTLY ON 5 TH ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE COMPANY. WILL NOT REPLY. Got the 3 shelf cat litter box. Loved the product. Put it together and was happy with it until.....the last piece, the DOOR was defective. Small issue and easy to have made it right. INSTEAD THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. VERY SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE."
"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a cat toy, received a furniture box with missing furniture, was told it was my fault and customer service sent loads of meaningless messages saying “we are trying to help you” with every next message being an excuse for not by they could not help! They definitely have their scam nailed down, avoid at all costs! Wish I would have read the other reviews before making a purchase. I had to report them and file for fraud for get some kind of solution, which was such a waste of time and effort."
"We purchased an outdoor cabinet through Amazon from this company. The cabinet was the worst product that I have ever purchased in 10 years on Amazon! After spending several hours putting it together with all of the defects along the way, we discovered that the front doors would not line up and were damaged. We asked for replacement parts which took forever to arrive so as to avoid having to disassemble and return the whole cabinet. The replacement parts that they shipped were worse than the original ones. After going back and forth with the company for several weeks, we decided that the product was a lost cause. We asked to return it, but we explained to the company that we didn't have any boxes to package it in because they had been disposed of. We thought we would have been able to resolve the problem with the replacement parts. They told us that they could not send boxes and we would need to find something comparable to ship the product back in. They insisted we needed to return it in order to get a refund. Why they wanted the piece of junk back, I have no idea. We sent pictures showing how the top was warped, the doors were falling apart, etc. The cabinet was complete junk. The return shipping cost surely exceeded what the thing was worth. They would also not arrange UPS pick up for us. My wife and I are both seniors... we had to disassemble and re-box the piece on our hands and knees and then borrow a car big enough to handle the box and load it in the car and unload it at UPS. It was ridiculous! My assessment is that they thought we would never go through all the trouble to return it since we had no boxes or a UPS pick up approved. After all this, when we finally received our refund, we found out that they charged us a restocking fee! Talk about adding insult to injury. I would never buy anything from this company again and recommend that you don't either!"
