Some people have tried to take advantage of me and took certain issues the wrong way and are giving misled information about me and my business . Ive told the unsatisfied customers that if you have valid proof that my gold and silver isn’t real that’s I will refund 100% of the money . I wouldn’t be a standing business for 15 yrs in a mall if I was selling fake gold and silver and saying it’s real . Before you buy something from my shop you can see everything labeled accordingly to what you’re getting and I am responsible for it. Any way , the last 15 years I have been getting so much love and respect from you guys & only a few of you are misunderstood."

"Customer service was very bad. Owner scammed me of $300 by claiming his necklaces are real silver but it gave my friends and I rashes. When we politely talked to him about it he was very disrespectful and mad fun of our rashes. He continued to call us very disrespectful names and made us very uncomfortable. This makes me sad because I really loved coming to park place mall but this makes me feel like I’m not welcome here anymore."
