"My recent experiences with Burlington have been disappointing, particularly in regards to their bathroom policy. On my first visit, I was informed that the bathroom was not open to the public, and on a subsequent visit, I was told it was "not in service." I strongly believe that customers, who are spending their hard-earned money, should have access to basic amenities like bathrooms, regardless of the situation. While I understand security concerns, it's important that they find a balance that doesn't penalize all customers for the actions of a few. Improved accessibility to restroom facilities would certainly enhance the overall shopping experience at Burlington.I had to hold my bladder the whole time was extremely uncomfortable due to the fact, I have bladder issues. If there was a closer Burlington by my house, I would not come to this one. This Burlington is the only one that does not have a public bathroom all the other ones in Due. I will be reporting this to corporate due to the fact that the bathroom should be available to the public and this is a Stores decision not to make it open to the public."

"Burlington in the Spectrum Shopping Center. Was clean, staff were inviting. Looking for green towels. Found some light mint colored towels, shorts for my grandson, chanclas for my granddaughter and a sippy cup for my other grandson. They have some beautiful pictures to be hung. Less expensive than a lot of other stores with good quality merchandise."

"New location at Tucson Spectrum. Very clean and nicely organized isles. I always find great quality products at any Burlington store but this location had some great deals. Found good summer sandals for $15 bucks!"
