Forever 21

"This is the biggest forever 21 in the state and I found a lot of items to purchase. The second floor is mostly clearance and happened to be buy 1 get 1 free. The plus section had a lot of items and wasn't limited in selection."

"I was not allowed to return Christmas gifts that my daughter didn't like because the tags had been taken off even though I have the receipt and they are obviously forever21 clothes. Who leaves the tags on Christmas gifts? I couldn't even get store credit so that she could pick something else! I will never shop at this store again, as far as I'm concerned they are bold faced thieves. They will look you in the face and tell you to pound sand."

"This place is absolutely horrible. I have never shopped at Forever 21 never in my life and today I decided to try it out. It was 15 minutes before closing and they refused to let me try on a pair of pants. I will not be returning and this experience taught me I was not making a mistake by never shopping here. DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! It is a retail store and you are open until closing time. Refusing a customer proper customer experience is not okay! I went across to Tillys and I was checking out 1 minute before closing they offered if i wanted to try any of my items on. THATS customer service."
