"I had to exchange a gift given to me. When I told the woman I needed to exchange she was like I don't remember you do you have a receipt? I wasn't thrilled it seemed like she didn't know me and didn't want me to exchange because she didn't know me So I said it was a gift that's why you don't know me It definitely rubbed me the wrong way especially when I already had another associate helping me who had already taken my receipt. Not friendly not helpful completely uncalled for and rude Won't be back"
